This keto weight loss journey talks about Asmi Anjum, who started her keto journey with us about 4 months ago and lost 14 kgs. Asmi is a 20-year-old Engineer from Bangalore. Asmi became a mother this year. Ever since her delivery, she started to gain a lot of weight and it wasn’t coming any down at all.
