- 2 cups of gluten-free flour

- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 large egg yolk
- Pour the gluten-free into a large mixing bowl and whisk in the salt and xanthan gum (if you need it.)
- After the whisking, the dry ingredients, form a well in the middle of the flour mixture.
- Add the egg yolk and eggs into the middle of the well.
