This inspiring success story talks about Abhay Pundir, one of our Nutritionists who decided to give a try to the Keto Diet himself. Abhay is a 25-years-old Nutritionist at Keto India. He leads a moderately active lifestyle because of his busy work schedules.


Life has been full of ups and downs for Abhay. Growing up his love for food did not come any down but only grew. He used to binge eat Junk Food and was stuck on Soft Drinks. He seemed to be inseparable from unhealthy food items.

This had a huge effect on his studies too. He used to stress eat a lot due to the same. Abhay was really worried about how he looked and couldn’t understand what to do about it. He developed Acne and Zits on his face because of his unhealthy eating habits.
