This transformation talks about Lipsy, a 29-years-old Nurse from Kerala, India. She leads a very busy and hectic schedule due to which she hardly gets any time for working out.
Because of being stuck between her work and her household chores, she wasn’t able to maintain a healthy lifestyle at all. She wanted a change badly also because her sister’s wedding was approaching. She wanted to get in shape as soon as possible and in a healthy way.
One day she landed on our page and got to learn that she doesn’t need to try her hands at other ways of losing weight. Lipsy got to know that it takes a great diet to lose weight and keep it off in a healthy manner and the right way.
We understood her expectations from the diet and ensured her that provided she sticks to the diet in the right way, achieving her goal was a mere cakewalk. We made sure that all of her requirements and preferences will be taken into consideration throughout this diet.
Lipsy then decided to start her transformation with us. A personal nutritionist was assigned to her who made sure to keep her motivated and encouraged her to stay on track while on the diet. He ensured to guide her through the diet and helped her follow it in the right manner as well.

Lipsy loves Non-vegetarian food so we also made sure that her diet doesn’t feel like a burden and gave her a variety of recipes to try. She got loads of tasty recipes included in her diet and never felt like her meals had become monotonous.
She had delicious options like Lemon Chaffle, Meat Masala, and Cheese Chips, Chicken Garam Masala, Masala Fish Fry, Chicken Burger With Tomato Butter, Murg Malai Tikka, and Meat Loaf Gravy to satiate her hunger.
Lipsy joined us in January this year. She soon started to see an amazing difference in her appearance. Lipsy started her journey at being 84 kgs and amazingly within a month, she lost around 4 kgs which is truly inspiring.
She has worked hard to stay within this discipline and has experienced a significant inch loss too. It would have been impossible without her hard work and precision. We’re really glad to be a part of this inspiring transformation!
