- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Add the butter to a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic for about 20 seconds.
Be careful not to brown it or it will become very bitter!
Stir in the mascarpone cheese and once it melts, add in the heavy cream and salt.
Then add in the parmesan cheese and simmer on low for about 5-7 minutes or until thickened to your liking.
Serve over zucchini noodles, chicken, fish, shrimp, or whatever you like!
Store leftovers in the fridge for several days or freeze them.
MUSTARD KETO SALAD DRESSING
Use salads, grilled meats, dip, or steamed vegetables for a lovely flavor. This All-Purpose Easy Mustard Keto Salad Dressing just melts onto veggies creating a wonderful glaze-like finish.
What we love about this one is that it goes with just about everything. It’s actually just amazing with plain steamed vegetables. We steamed some broccoli and poured a little bit of this over it and oh heaven! It was just about perfect.
- 216 g olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 179.25 g Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 60 g Gray Poupon, or other prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon Splenda
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Pour all ingredients into a Vitamix or other powerful blender and blend for 1 minute until well-emulsified.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a month, shaking up before each use.
Use salads, grilled meats, a dip, or over-steamed vegetables for a lovely flavor.

Summer is here grilling and the smoking season is on! Going low carb doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy your favorite grilled meats and burgers. Just be smart and avoid overly processed store barbecue sauces which are often full of sugars and not keto-friendly.
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 2 cans of water
- 1/2 can apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 can red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup Low carb brown sugar
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 3/4 tsp ground chipotle pepper
- 1 tsp Hickory Liquid Smoke
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp butter (to be added after cooking)
Add the first 10 ingredients into a medium saucepan and simmer for 45 minutes (or longer if you prefer a thicker sauce).
Measure the remaining ingredients into the BBQ sauce and blend with a stick blender (or use a blender) until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Taste the next day and adjust further as it will mellow upon cooling. This results in a tangy sauce.
Cool completely, pour into a clean airtight container, and refrigerate up to 10 days.
Variation: Saute the onions and garlic in 1 tbsp butter until softened, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Add the remaining butter after cooking. This results in a more mellow flavored sauce.
Makes 2 1/2 – 3 cups. The serving size is 2 tbsp and is 1 net carb per serving.

- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon capers chopped
- Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit at room temperature while you make the salmon.
SWEET CHILI SAUCE
- 1/4 cup Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 scoops Beef Bone Broth Collagen, or 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1/4 cup Powdered Monk Fruit Erythritol
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tbsp Garlic Chili Sauce
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
Whisk until the Bone Broth Collagen is fully incorporated. It will be lumpy at first but just keep whisking. If you are using Xanthan Gum, you can use it in Step 5.
Heat a saucepan to medium heat
Cook the sauce uncovered for 15 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool. If you are using Xanthan Gum, stir it into the sauce during this step. As the sauce cools, it will thicken the sauce.

- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1 cup of water
- 5 tbsp brown Keto sweetener
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- pinch of ground cloves
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- In a medium saucepan combine the water, tomato paste, vinegar, sweetener, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and ground cloves. Whisk to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over medium-low temperature for 20-25 minutes, until the ketchup thickens.
- Cook for 5 -10minutes more, if the ketchup is too thin.
- Adjust the taste, by adding more salt and spices if desired.
- Cool, then place in an air-thigh container and refrigerate for up to 10 days.

Weird to admit, but it’s true. It’s just one of our favorite veggies and we will happily eat it steamed with just a little sprinkle of salt or raw, dunked in our homemade ranch dressing.
The homemade cheese sauce is so simple and starts with just a few ingredients: heavy cream, cream cheese, cheddar, Gruyere, and mustard powder.
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 ounces cheddar, grated
- 3 ounces Gruyere, grated
- Add the heavy cream, cream cheese, and butter to a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat until the butter and cream cheese have melted.
- Whisk in the ground mustard and pepper.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the cheddar and Gruyere until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately as the sauce will thicken as it cools.

The key to this delicious keto marinara sauce is to start with the best quality tomatoes. It costs a bit more per can, but since you don’t eat a ton of it on keto anyway, trust me it’s worth the price (and still cheaper than a decent store-bought marinara.)
- 28 oz Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt (add more if necessary)
- Puree the tomatoes, olive oil, and 1/2 cup of the liquid from the can in a small blender or magic bullet.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Carbohydrates: 3g net
This is one of those condiments that can work with almost anything. Try it on burgers or sandwiches, or as a dip with veggies. It even makes a perfect but unexpected match as a dipping sauce with sushi rolls!
- 1 cup mayonnaise

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until combined.
