Instructions

1) Dice the paneer into cubes and set it aside.

2) Heat the 1 tbsp butter in a pan and fry cumin and red chilies till fragrant.

3) Add in onion and fry till soft.

4) Now add in the ginger, garlic, and 2 green chilly and fry till they start browning.

5) Add in the tomato,  turmeric, chilly powder, and tbsp coriander powder.

6) Add vinegar and a splash of water and cook down.

7) Finally, add the paneer and season with salt, and cook for 120 seconds.

8) Finish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
