1) 60 g ripe tomatoes
2) 70 g cucumber
3) 20 g red onion
4) 35 g green bell pepper
5) 100 g feta cheese
6) 5 black greek olives
7) 2 tbsp olive oil
8) Pink Himalayan salt to taste
9) ½ tsp pepper
10) 1 tsp dried oregano
1) Halves the cucumber and cut into slices, put in a large mixing bowl.
2) Chop the tomatoes, green bell pepper and add to the bowl.
3) Thinly slice the red onion and add to the bowl.
4) Dice the feta cheese and add it to the bowl.
5) Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
6) Serve immediately.
