Keto Chocolate Cake isn’t something that is usually low carb, or even keto-friendly for that matter. The cake contains sugar and maybe some fat too. The satisfactory news for us is delicious chocolate is easier to come by than you might think on a keto diet.

As low carb dieting becomes more and more popular but you can prepare a chocolate cake by yourself by simply replacing some high carb ingredients with some keto-friendly ingredients and we are sure that it tastes better than the actual one.

This Keto Chocolate Cake recipe is rich, dark, intense… almost like a chocolate truffle. This Keto Chocolate Cake recipe is for all the people who have an inveterate sweet tooth, So when we got on keto there are not so many options available but this recipe is dense and dark, much like a chocolate truffle in cake form. To make it keto-friendly,  We swap the regular chocolate with a bar of regular dark chocolate, the darkest we could go without making the cake too bitter.

1) Butter.

2) Coconut Oil.

3) Chocolate.

4) Eggs.

5) Pink  Himalayan salt.

6) Vanilla.

7) Dark Chocolate ( 85 % ).


1)Preheat the oven to 320 Fahrenheit. Grease the pan with butter or coconut oil and fasten a piece of round parchment paper to the bottom.

2)Break the chocolate into pieces and dice the butter. Melt together by boiling them. Stir and let it cool.

3)Separate the eggs and put the yolks and whites in separate bowls. Add pink Himalayan salt to the egg whites and beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

4)Add vanilla to the egg yolks and whisk until smooth.

5)Pour the melted chocolate and butter into the egg yolks and mix well. Fold in the egg whites. Keep folding just until you can’t see any white layers from the egg whites. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 15 minutes.

6)Serve well and enjoy it with your family.
