150 g Lettuce ( Chopped )
30 g grated Cheese.
1/4th sliced Avocado
5 ml Lemon juice
10 g Red onion
30 g Sour Cream


Set a frying pan set over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken and olive oil to the pan, and cook until golden brown.
Then add the paprika, cumin, and water and simmer for 5 minutes.
Slice up the lettuce and grate the cheese. Slice the avocado and lime and red onion. In a bowl mix lettuce ,avocado, lime, and red onion.
Ground the chicken and add to the salad and garnish with the cheese and sour cream
