- ½ Cup Hung curd
- 1 cup of chilled water
- Keto-friendly Sweetener
- 2 tsp Rosewater
- Few ice cubes
- In a blender, add the hung curd and mix till it becomes smooth.
- Add ice, rose water, sweetener, and mix till the brew is neither too thick nor too thin.
- Pour the lassi into a tall glass, and top it with 1 spoon of malai before serving.
